We worked with Ginger over several months to find a home in Western North Carolina. She was very knowledgeable about the area and was honest with us about things to look out for while buying in the mountain areas. She showed us multiple homes, and even worked on a holiday to accommodate our availability. Thanks to her, we found our dream mountain home in Burnsville. Ginger and her colleague Ember helped us through the process. As there always is, there was a glitch right before closing (seller removed appliances that were included in the contract) but Ginger worked with the other agent to smooth it over and the items were returned. Ginger and Ember are amazing professionals and we highly recommend them!

We recently purchased a home and had Ginger as our agent. I can't imagine having a better experience. As first time home buyers, the process is intimidating and there are a lot of moving pieces. Ginger was very patient, thorough and thoughtful every step of the way.She is knowledgeable about the local market, knows the nuances of all the different neighborhoods and does her research if there is anything additional you might need to know.With how hot the market is right now it was nice to have such a level headed and experienced agent on our side. I feel we found the perfect home for us and without Ginger it wouldn't have been possible.

I worked with Ginger on the sale of my home in Cedar Mill and on the purchase of another in Cedar Hills. I was very hesitant to sell my house at all – I have wanted a larger house for a while, but the thought of the process has stopped me from moving forward for a few years. Ginger made the entire experience a breeze! I sold my house the first weekend on the market. Ginger has helped every step of the way, literally getting moving boxes for me – above and beyond!
